I’ve been sleeping on my bed backwards, I’m not quite sure but I think it’s a reflection of my present state, I have one pillow at the foot of the bed and the others are on the opposite and I’ve been unintentionally falling asleep the past couple days which has been odd. Usually I’m always like “okay time to go to sleep here I go,” then I consciously try and fall asleep. But lately it’s like “alright, I’m sitting here, thinking, and…” I wake up and it’s morning, and I’m sleeping on my bed backwards.

brushing against the clear walls

the clank against my nails, everything it holds

I pick the polish off

and even though city air isn’t good for the lungs,
